Spa therapist (full-time · two-month trial period, with no change in pay)

Pay
From ¥300,000 a month
Six-month trial period (pay does not change during it)
Requirements
Licensed hairdressers / able to work weekends
We especially welcome people who want to move into product development and communications
Days off and leave
Two full days off a week
10–20 days paid leave / maternity and parental leave (taken, with a 100% return rate)
Benefits
Full social and pension insurance / travel costs covered up to ¥15,000 a month / staff discount on hair and beauty products
Training trips to New York and Hawaii (based on performance) / many stylists here are mothers
