These terms of use ("these Terms") set out the conditions for using seam.site and its related pages ("this site"), operated by SEAM ("we"). Anyone who views or uses this site is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

The SEAM name and logo are our trademarks or service marks. The names, logos and trademarks of each brand shown on this site belong to their respective owners. They may not be used without the owner's permission.
Article 4 (Handling of data)
Product information, brand information, Hair Finder results and other data provided on this site are provided solely for users to view and use on this site. Acquiring this data in bulk by automated means, providing it to third parties, using it commercially, or accumulating it in a database is prohibited.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
We make every reasonable effort regarding the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of the information on this site, but we do not guarantee them. Hair Finder results are a general guide and do not guarantee any effect. We are not liable for damage arising from use of this site, to the extent permitted by law.
Article 6 (Changes to these terms)
We may change these terms without prior notice to users where we judge it necessary. The revised terms take effect from the moment they are published on this site.
Article 7 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These terms are interpreted and applied under Japanese law. For disputes arising in connection with this site, the court with jurisdiction over our head office shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
